No! You can browse the entire directory, access crisis resources, use the Medical ID, and use most features without an account. An account is only needed for features like saving favorites, posting in the Community Forum, and subscribing to Pro.
Pro gives you offline access to your saved places, the ability to save favorite listings, export your Medical ID as a PDF to share with doctors or caregivers, and access to the advanced Health Manager to track medications and appointments. Your Emergency Medical ID is stored only on your device and is never sent to our servers. We have zero access to your medical information. It is entirely under your control and can be deleted at any time by clearing the fields in the app or uninstalling.

Yes! Tap the Submit tab in the app to add businesses, doctors, lawyers, or any accessible resource. Submissions are reviewed by our admin team before being added. Every submission makes the directory better for everyone.
Yes! Key screens are available in Spanish including the home screen, directory, crisis resources, legal resources, and Medical ID. Full Spanish translation is coming in a future update. Switch languages in Settings β Language.
You can cancel anytime through your device settings. On iPhone: Settings β Your Name β Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play Store β Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future charges β you keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
