Download the app from Google Play or the App Store, then tap the gold "Upgrade to Pro" banner on the home screen. Choose Monthly or Annual, tap Subscribe, and confirm through your app store. Pro features activate immediately.
Cancel through your device settings — not through the app. On iPhone: Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → Disabled Directory Pro → Cancel. On Android: Google Play Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Disabled Directory → Cancel. You keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
Yes! Cancel your current plan and when it expires, subscribe to the other plan. We recommend switching to Annual to save $5.89 per year. Your Pro features continue uninterrupted as long as you have an active subscription.
Tap Restore Purchases on the Go Pro screen. Make sure you're logged into the same Apple ID or Google account you used to originally purchase. If it still doesn't work, email us at disabledadventures13@gmail.com and we'll sort it out.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google depending on where you purchased. Apple refund requests can be made at reportaproblem.apple.com. Google Play refunds can be requested through the Google Play Help Center. We don't process refunds directly but will do our best to help.
Yes! Pro is available on both Android (Google Play) and iPhone (App Store). Note that subscriptions are separate — if you subscribe on Android, your Pro access is tied to that Google account. Likewise for iOS and your Apple ID.
